Do you have questions about how to report on your district grant?

Two years after district grants have been approved, or within two months of the grant work being completed, which ever is earlier.

District grants that are for the 2024/2025 Rotary year, were approved on Sept. 6, 2024, and the reporting deadline is Sept 6, 2026, coming up soon,

This webinar will cover the basics of district grant reporting:

• Where you complete your report
• What documentation you will need to upload with your report
• The different reporting requirements for the different district grant types

And, of course, time for questions specific to district grant reporting.

Note: Reporting for Global Grants will not be covered, as these reports are made to The Rotary Foundation through the rotary.org website.

Three things usually deter smaller clubs from participating In international activities:

• Lack of Funds
• Inexperience with Granting Processes
• Finding Suitable Projects

The District International Service Committee has set up a group of advisors that will help with work in setting up projects. 

We are now very pleased to announce that the District Board has approved a change to the District Granting rules that will allow small clubs to work together so that funding is less of a challenge.  

An online meeting will be hosted on September 30 at 7:00 pm (new date due to project conflicts).  This meeting will address 

• Why Participate in International Projects
• Small Clubs Working Together and New District Granting Rules
• Sample Projects of Possible Interest
• Resources Available to Help 

We would encourage all clubs to have representatives attend, not just smaller clubs.  Larger clubs can often ensure the continuation of great initiatives by having other clubs take a leadership role in areas where they have worked.
