People of Action is a collection of stories of the incredible things that Rotarians across District 5360 are doing in the community and across the globe.

Dear Rotary family and friends,

It was exciting on Monday, June 15th for me along with DGE Mary and DGN Martin to attend the virtual 100th Anniversary of the Swift Current Rotary Club! RI Director Jeffry Cadorette and incoming RI Director Valarie Wafer attended as well, and both spoke of such gratitude for the legacy of service that the club has given to their town. I was honoured to present the 100th Anniversary Certificate signed by RI President Mark Maloney and raise a toast to the members!

Apologies for the Jun 12 update as we missed inserting the links for the 2020 reports from the Institute for Economics and Peace (IFEP)

We need stories to share on the people of action hub! Please send it to Charlene at Admin@Rotary5360.ca
We’re looking for:
  • Club Meeting information (times, how you are meeting, upcoming speakers)
  • Stories (written, pictures, video) of what you and your club are doing in the community during this time.  It does have to be lengthy – just a few sentences at most. What a great way to highlight fellow Rotarians doing incredible work!
  • Any news that you would like to share with your Rotary friends across the District.

As we emerge from the pandemic just in time for summer, please stay safe as we return to some sort of normalcy. Take care of yourselves and your families and remember that your District Leadership team is here to support you.

In Rotary Spirit,
District Governor Christine Rendell
