District Governor Christina Hassan announced to the Club Champions that plans for the District 5360 Post-Convention Celebration are underway. Immediately following the Convention Closing Ceremonies, there will be a District 5360 Celebration, held at a location on or close to the Stampede Park Campus. Watch for details.
WHERE TO STAY (Book before May 15, 2025)
While District 5360 and 5370 Rotarians are free to stay in the Rotary International Hotel Block, we are encouraging you to think differently. D5360 has worked with Mount Royal University to secure space in their residences from June 21 to 25, 2024. Staying at MRU allows international visitors greater access to hotel accommodations in the city, provides an environment for 5360 Rotarians to foster some District camaraderie while in Calgary & comes with an attractive price tag

Pre-Convention, organizing volunteers wanted!!
DURING Convention Volunteers - June 2025
Volunteers - Approximately 1,500 - 2,000 will be required to greet and direct guests around Calgary for the days of the convention June 21-25.
Requirements: Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older and be willing to take 4-hour shifts.
