The Journey to Reconnection, Reconciliation and Resilience
Join us on September 30 as we honour the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation with an evening of storytelling, reflection and community connection.
Together, we will experience The Road, a powerful, award-winning film created by the Stardale Women’s Group. The film shares stories of resilience, identity, and connection, and will be followed by an opportunity to listen, reflect, and take part in meaningful dialogue.
The evening will also include an Elder-led prayer and wisdom sharing, along with special guest Eugene Stickland, playwright, author and co-creator of Stardale Projects. Following the program, guests are invited to stay for a reception with light refreshments and an opportunity to continue connecting and reflecting together.
This event is presented in partnership with the Stardale Women’s Group and the Rotary Club of Calgary Heritage Park.

Admission is FREE, but registration is required.
