Rotary District 5360 is proud to introduce Connect Together, a district-wide initiative designed to strengthen Rotary’s relationships with the communities of southern Alberta.
Rooted in Rotary’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, Connect Together brings Rotarians and community leaders together around shared values, service, and leadership. The initiative focuses on building authentic, long-term relationships with individuals and communities that have historically been underrepresented in Rotary, while creating welcoming pathways for meaningful engagement and belonging.
Connect Together responds to changing community demographics, evolving volunteer expectations, and the opportunity for Rotary to deepen its relevance and impact across the region.

Statement of Committee Chair
“Rotary Together is an important initiative because it reflects Rotary’s commitment to building stronger, more inclusive communities. By engaging with Indigenous peoples and other communities that have historically been underrepresented in Rotary's service, we create opportunities to listen, learn, and work together on issues that matter locally.
This initiative is not simply about expanding Rotary’s reach, it is about building authentic relationships based on respect, reciprocity, and shared purpose. When Rotary clubs better reflect the diversity of the communities they serve, we strengthen our ability to address community needs, develop new leaders, and create a lasting impact across southern Alberta."
